30-day returns

You may return your scooter within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Contact support@mobshoppingoffer.online with your order number; we email a prepaid Canada Post label for Canadian orders and refund the full purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Please keep the original packaging during the return window. Items with damage caused by crashes, water immersion or modification are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

12-month warranty

Motor, battery, controller, display and frame are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Wear items (tires, brake pads, grips) are excluded. If a covered part fails, we ship a replacement part or unit at no cost.

The optional +12 Months Protection extends coverage to 24 months and includes no-questions-asked replacement for battery, motor or controller failures.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection legislation of your province, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
