Who we are
Maple Mobility (mobshoppingoffer.online) sells personal electric mobility products online to customers in Canada and abroad. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive the order confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Promotional prices, including Black Friday pricing, apply to orders placed while the promotion is displayed on the site and are locked at the time of purchase.
Use of the product
Electric scooters are subject to provincial and municipal regulations, including minimum rider age, helmet requirements and where they may be ridden. You are responsible for complying with the rules in your area and for riding safely.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
